Coding agent integration
An AI coding agent embedded in the platform — deploy, test, and ship containerised workloads directly from a conversation. Includes web search for finding documentation, images, and solutions in real time.
DigitalFrontier integrates a first-generation coding agent directly into the developer platform. The agent can write, validate, and deploy configurations, scaffold new workloads, and interpret deployment errors — all within the platform interface.
The agent has scoped access to the active project: it can read cluster state, inspect container logs, and propose configuration changes without requiring the developer to leave the platform.
Web search is built in: the agent can look up container image documentation, provider-specific configuration references, upstream changelogs, and known issues in real time — without the developer having to leave the conversation or copy-paste error messages into a browser.
This is the foundation layer for autonomous deployment. The agent operates within a sandboxed context — it can propose and execute changes within the scope of a single project, but cannot modify infrastructure outside its assigned namespace.
Forward-looking: roadmap items describe work in progress or planned. Dates are estimates, not commitments, and scope may change as we learn.
